Best Culture Bet: Chinese New Year Spectacular

On the cusp of the Chinese new year, as the year of the rat succumbs to the year of the ox, the New York-based Chinese performance group Divine Performing Arts stops in Denver. The company's vibrant 40-piece orchestra and dance company put a grandiose spin on ancient legends, re-telling them through classical music, colorful costumes, and the energetic, yet delicate, movements of historical Chinese dance.
