Whether you're a newbie or an avid road biker, Outdoor Divas' all-women, road-bike gathering is an opportunity to brush up on your skills. In a casual, half-hour discussion with the Damas, Denver's all-women cycling team, revisit fundamental road-bike rules (how to signal a turn) and basic bike maintenance (how to blow up a tire). Then you'll hit the road. Damas will divide participants by ability level (first-timers, beginners, intermediates, and amateurs) and lead each group on a ride of corresponding difficulty. Cut through the streets of Cherry Creek North, or get on the bike path and head toward the Cherry Creek reservoir. RSVPs are encouraged (so Outdoor Divas can notify you of a rain delay), and remember to BYOB (bring your own bike--preferably a roadie).
