Double Play: Fort Collins High School Star Scores Another Sports Honor

Bryan Peters' appreciation for Gatorade went up a notch yesterday. The recently graduated Peters, of Fort Collins' Rocky Mountain High School, was named the Gatorade Colorado Baseball Player of the Year, writes the Coloradoan. Peters pulled off the feat in the same school year that he was named the state's Gatorade Football Player of the Year. He has a lot to look forward to as he heads to the University of Nebraska on a baseball scholarship, including the possibility of being named the Gatorade national player of the year.
