School is starting again, and I'm reluctantly preparing---this time as a teacher, not a student. Even though I'm getting paid to go through the enrollment paperwork and I get to create the syllabus rather than roll my eyes at it, I still wish there was just one more week of summer. I'd find a wooden dock that juts into a swimming hole, sip on lemonade, and get one more sunburn. For everyone else feeling the summertime blues, I've found the perfect seasonal beer for us to enjoy after long days in the classroom: Breckenridge Brewery's SummerBright. The brewmasters recommend this light wheat beer for picnics and evenings on the porch. (And be sure to grab a wedge of lemon or orange to complement its citrus notes.) SummerBright is only available through the end of August, so grab a six-er now, and let's all nurse our summer nostalgia together.
