Don't Miss Little India's Momo

The first time I tried momos, Tibet's ode to the steamed dumpling, was at Sherpa's in Boulder. I loved those little bundles of soft veggies and earthy Himalayan spices so much that I ate the entire order myself. And then I promptly forgot all about them. Until recently, when I saw momos listed on Little India's menu. These are different, of course, since they're Indian in origin, but the crescent-shape packages are equally cozy and soulful. Order them stuffed with either chicken or vegetables (I opted for meatless), and enjoy the dumplings' delicate texture and the heady curry sauce in which their tossed.
