Ethnic Eats: Wild Bangkok Bar & Grill

Thailand is far away. Wild Bangkok Bar and Grill, located downtown, is not.

Begin with the Bangkok wrap and roll: crunchy cucumber, sprouts, avocado, and your choice of meat or tofu in a homemade ginger-Sriracha sauce. Dip the rice paper-wrapped bundle into sticky peanut sauce. The savory massaman curry is thick and rich while the veggie delight offers a healthy serving of stir-fried broccoli, bean sprouts, zucchini, and carrots in a just-salty-enough, mild garlic sauce. Pick your protein and spoon the getup over brown rice.

Bonus: Quench your thirst with a lychee martini, or, if you're feeling dangerous, the Beer Change Tower—a 96-ounce tower bubbling over with Thai beer.
