We've always been miffed at the lack of BYOB dining in Denver. Until we found something better: BYOB art classes. Canvas and Cocktails is the brainchild of artist-slash-social director Brittney Wilson, who runs evening classes in Cherry Creek ($35-$40) where you can imbibe your beverage of choice, unwind and socialize, and re-create acrylic paintings like "Denver Skyline" and "Poppies Galore."
