Novo Coffee has come a long way in the last decade. The once-fledging company is now a household name (at least in Denver) and it's commonplace to find it served at high-end coffeeshops and restaurants around town. With such a following, we decided to visit Novo's facility to learn more about how owner Jake Brodsky and his small crew imports, roasts, and ultimately tastes the beans that become the coffee we drink. Here, a behind-the-scenes tour of Novo's RiNo headquarters.
