Only in Denver could you launch as a street food vendor (and later as a brick-and-mortar restaurant) with a menu completely based on green chile. That’s just what dynamic duo Matthew and Roberta Robinette have done by combining Matthew’s marketing prowess (he spent years with Hard Rock Cafe) with Roberta’s knockout secret family recipe. The result: a successful business model that’s growing, one bowl at a time. Our favorite rendition goes like this: a pork tamale and pinto beans smothered with fiery pork green chile.
