A 22-year-old Illiniois man visiting Summit County received a laser pen as a gift en route. While at a residence in Keystone, he took it outside and pointed it in the air to see how far the laser would travel. Now he may be facing a federal charge that carries up to 20 years in jail. Why? His laser beam hit a Flight to Life Helicopter. The F.B.I. has been notified and will make a decision whether to file charges.
