This week Colorado wines enter the spotlight at the Boulder Food & Wine Festival, where 27 Colorado wineries, like BookCliff and Balistreri Vineyards, pour their own blends, and 14 Boulder restaurants, includingÂ The KitchenÂ andÂ Black Cat Bistro, dish up tapas-like servings of their signature cuisine.Â Bonus: On Wednesday, the hilarious waiter’s race between servers of participating restaurants kicks off the event.Â Saturday, 4-8 p.m. $60.
