With every facet of life now revolving around the coronavirus, you’re probably trying to navigate what a “normal” day looks like. For those of you fortunate enough to be working from home, it’s a good bet that your company has discovered the benefits of video conferencing. But do you really have to change out of your PJs when working at your desk all day or doing business via your video camera? We’re going to say it depends (we’ve spent plenty of days working in our jams), but to help you get into the new groove of comfy but professional chic, here are a few ideas of what to wear while WFH.

Rivka Baily dress, $95, and Kimono, $250, Studio Colfax

Local designer and co-owner of Studio Colfax Rebecca Tischler is still working away on her own line of clothing, recently renamed Rivka (which means Rebecca in Hebrew). Her cotton jersey Baily dress is an ideal piece to wear while working from home; layer a T-shirt or even a lightweight turtleneck underneath for those less than perfect spring days when it rains or snows, and wear it by itself once the weather warms up. You could also throw a cardigan over it or—even better—one of Tischler’s one-of-a-kind hand-woven cotton kimonos. Rivka Baily dress, $95, and kimono, $250; Studio Colfax, 2418 E. Colfax Ave. (check store for pick-up options), 720-328-4896

Pip Studio zip-up, $82.50, and Short, $45, SOL

Cute pajamas are important when you’re hunkering down at home, but ones that can double as on-camera wear are a definite bonus. And for that, we like Pip Studio’s mix-and-match line of cheerful patterned sleepwear. The combine-as-you-like range lets you choose from pieces like a red tropical print sweatshirt or an ornately printed short-sleeve tee that can pair with contrasting sweatpants or shorts. If you really want that head-to-toe look, pick up the matching pattern in both top and bottom. Whichever way you decide to go, the styling options are endless. Pip Studio, prices start around $45; SOL, 3010 E. 6th Ave., 303-394-1060

One Grey Day Duster, $228, Lady Jones

A stylish, but quick fix to polishing up a basic T-shirt is a cozy cardigan. Instead of just pulling on a basic black one, try updating your look with this stretch cotton crocodile print version by One Grey Day. It’ll work equally well with a neutral tee as one in a bright neon. If you need to be even more polished for that virtual meeting, pair it with a classic white blouse. $228; Lady Jones, 4016 Tennyson St., 732-241-8100

A sweatshirt is an at-home must, but leave it to Australian cult-brand Bassike to elevate the basic through sustainable design and quality. This cropped organic cotton jersey sweat (pictured at top) features their “motley” print—a signature tie-dye—in an updated, deconstructed cut based on the classic sweatshirt. Wear it with sweatpants, jeans, with a lingerie-inspired skirt, or over a slip dress. $240; Cedar & Hyde Mercantile, 2015 10th St., Boulder, 720-287-3900

Eberjey Gisele Giving PJ, $120, Dragonfly

If you do have a day where you won’t be on camera, this adorable watermelon (or pineapple) print short set from Eberjey is as perfect for working deskside as it is for the upcoming warm summer nights. Need to take a video meeting on short notice? Just put on a white or nude camisole underneath (and a bra, of course). Plus, for each set sold, Eberjey will plant a tree to help support global reforestation efforts with One Tree Planted. $120 for the set; Dragonfly, 3615 W. 32nd Ave., 303-433-6331
