In all likelihood, Sushi Sasa is already on your short list of favorite Denver restaurants. Which, of course, means you’ve tasted chef-owner Wayne Conwell’s award-winning cuisine (don’t miss the Diablo roll or the like-butta salmon nigiri).
I’ve always enjoyed the eats, but it was only recently that I discovered the restaurant’s dessert menu and, specifically, the lemon-cheesecake mousse. The delicate, almost semifreddo-like treat is light and refreshing–and a perfect ending to a sushi fest.
