Before the St. Paddy’s Day corned beef, cabbage, and whiskey, how about a run? It’s the Colorado way to celebrate the holiday best known for beer drinking. Beginning at McCormick’s Fish House in LoDo, Runnin’ of the Green’s 7K cuts through downtown and Highland, eventually looping back the start line for a block party of Killian’s, Irish step dancers, and, yes, corned beef.
Walkers are also invited for a 7K or a 2.2 miler; proceeds benefit Volunteers of America’s Meals on Wheels program.
