Reaching its 25th anniversary isn’t the only noteworthy number the Cherry Creek Arts Festival (July 3–5) is hitting this year. Before you start perusing the vast array of art in the sunshine this holiday weekend—don’t forget your sunscreen!—take a look at some of these other momentous achievements:

Attendees over CCAF’s two-plus decades

Visual artists involved in this year’s festival, including 29 who are Colorado-based

Artist applications received over the course of 25 years (that averages out to more than 1,600 per year)

Food trucks—a new addition this year—to satiate your hunger (don’t worry, there are also close to 20 other culinary options)

Approximate count of volunteers lending a hand in 2015—three of whom have been worked with the festival for all 25 years

Art projects made at Creation Station over the years

Pieces purchased by students for their local schools to enjoy as permanent installations through the Janus Student Art Buying Program
