Dinner Under the Stars, a signature event during the Denver Food and Wine Festival in September, gives attendees the chance to dine under a constellation-studded night sky and taste dishes from some of Denver’s culinary stars.
This year’s dinner will be hosted by Marta Biasotti, the executive chef at Liberati, and will encompass a five-course urban farm dinner featuring Italian cuisine with wine pairings. Guests can look forward to antipasto and entrée courses by Biasotti, an amuse-bouche by Michael Greco (Luca), a primo course by Jimmy Crane (Cranelli’s), a secondo course by Danielle Youngerman (Rioja), and dessert by Ashley Morrison (Jovanina’s Broken Italian Ristorante).
That's only $1 per issue!
The affair benefits the Angel Relief Fund, which provides emergency assistance grants to Colorado restaurants, food service, and hospitality employees facing unanticipated hardship such as an injury, illness, or death of a family member. “We’re excited to work with such a talented group of chefs at Liberati for an amazing cause” Biasotti says. “Dinner Under the Stars is always a highlight of the Denver Food and Wine Festival, and we’re thrilled to host it this year.”
