Dogs of Denver Book Launch Party: McNeil Designer Portraits’ adorable coffee-table book—each page features a metro-area service dog—has raised more than $40,000 for Freedom Service Dogs, an Englewood nonprofit that rescues abused and abandoned dogs and trains them to aid people with disabilities. Celebrate the book’s release and these important service animals with food, beer, music, and door prizes. Bring your own pup along to meet some of the featured dogs and owners at this special event.
