My new mantra: You can never have enough pizza. And thanks to all of the pie shops opening in Denver, I can blissfully attempt to eat as many slices as possible. This week, the Mile High City outpost of Pizzeria Locale (brought to us by the folks behind Boulder’s Frasca Food and Wine) opened. And, from the looks of it (see below), I need to make dinner plans soon. —Natasha Gardner
