I can’t resist a good bargain, and freebies send me into happy-Kat overdrive. So naturally I’ll be lining up on Sunday for the Second City “Free for All” show. I have yet to check out the Second City comedy troupe, and this performance sounds like one I’ll appreciate: “How I Lost My Denverginity” is an original performance designed to make snarky-fun comments on the Mile High’s many little quirks.
Want in on the action? Head down to the Garner Galleria Theater this Sunday, where free tickets will be handed out starting at 5 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one ticket is allowed per person in line, and the show starts at 7 p.m. — which allows plenty of time to go enjoy the Mile High quirkiness of downtown’s many brewpubs.
That's only $1 per issue!
Now I’ll just have to go find out if any spots are doing Sunday-evening happy hour specials.
